The Secret’s in the Denim

MAJOR KI: Sometimes it’s not about what you do, but about who you are. I have to admit, launching the Major Ki blog was such an exciting moment for me. I finally was able to create a space where I can showcase the things I love, writing, fashion, The Dating Network and sharing my light and positivity. But undergoing my recent ACL knee surgery has slowed me down so much, that its been so discouraging to simply create. Sometimes it’s really hard to stay positive when there are so many trying things happening to and around you. But this same process has opened my eyes and heart to remember that bad days are just as welcomed as the good. It’s a part of the balance and being honest with myself about what I’m feeling and admitting to needing time to simply heal, adjust, and be human. The setbacks get you ready for the comebacks.
