Hello Yellow

Sunflowers are quickly becoming my favorite! Maybe its because I’ve chosen yellow as our next stop on this colorventure, but either way there’s something special about this bunch!

This series is dedicated to taking you through some of the fun yellow in the sun moments this summer. Starting back with a goodie but oldie from my nights in Vegas. These braids were a look: @styled_by_lex

I love a clean look, and when it comes to my hands and feet, my nails are no exception! I dedicated all parts of my style to the yellow series. Shout out to Touch Nail Salon for always nailing it!

Sara and I have been best friends since we were in 2nd grade. She knows all my deep secrets and legit finishes my sentences. She didnt even plan to be a part of the series, but it worked! #Realfriends

There have literally been so many amazing moments this summer, trying to capture and speed it all up to date is so hard! (I truly promise to do better about my photo blogging! For anyone who is truly rocking with me, you deserve consistency!) But okay, in short, this past July, my father was officially ordained as an elder at Corona Seventh- Day Adventist Church *woot, woot* This is a pretty big deal in the adventist community. He’s been chosen to serve and protect the church and its really just been an honor getting the chance to stand by him for such an important moment. I love my father so much. We have ups and downs but this recent year has also taught me how important maintaining our relationship is and what it means to just be present in each others life. He’s my first love and exactly what I’ll model my love after.

Welcome to the Kate Spade New York Executive office. I walk in and out of this space everyday but I’ve never truly taken a minute to revel in its beauty until this summer. This colorventure has made me so much more alert when it comes to these things and now I see color and opportunity everywhere. When I grow up, I want one of my rooms to look just like this.
